Common Man Eats

I am a Florida Native, having travelled nearly every inch of the state for food. From the freshest seafood, to the smallest dive bar, to splurge-worthy establishments, my love of food knows no boundaries. Growing up, my dad cooked homemade meals every night; he also worked as a concierge at a high-end hotel. His homemade meals were inspired by his line-cook experience as a teen, and his concierge profession often came with VIP invites to some of the finest restaurants in town. This experience developed my wide-ranging palette, giving me the unique desire for comforting home cooked meals as well as refined dishes that highlight the beauty of food. I am a foodie at heart, and I am happy to share my experiences. My reviews are authentic; I feature only those restaurants that genuinely impress me.
